In a fast-paced environment, elicited business requirements and functional requirements from the Business on software and infrastructure projects. • Successfully implemented security initiatives and cost savings projects. • Completed projects that involves cybercrime, including DDoS attacks, hackers, and today’s modern day bank robbers, preventing access to Personal Identification Information and to bank accounts. • Became Subject Matter Expert on many of the Fraud & Security projects where there were multi-phases and regulations in Banking • Project requestor in demand management tool for IT projects and responsible for gathering information, making sure to get detailed requirements and scope definition for prioritization process. • Gather requirements for 5-7 major IT projects per quarter managing time to devote to quality keeping in mind the delivery dates. • Delivered Agile Methodology - user story creation, grooming and poker planning for Mortgage project. • Trained for AWS Solutions Architect Associate Certification.
