Daily Duties at South College School Of Pharmacy:
45% Teaching, 20% Service, and 35% Research and Scholarship; Coordination of public health courses, I taught a public health and wellness course (3 credit hours) that focused on epidemiology, measures of distribution, relative risks and odds ratio, emergency preparedness, infectious diseases, health disparities/social determinants/root causes, program development and evaluation, coordinated a course on introduction to pharmacy practice in the I developed the curriculum for public health which entailed researching textbooksI utilized different teaching styles to meet the needs of the different learning styles of my 110 students per class; I served on the Academic Standing and Progression Committee and I was on the hearing body that heard and deliberated on student academic and conduct code violations and I also worked with the Executive Associate Dean on writing a policy for leave of absence, and I created and implemented a continuous quality improvement system, iCare Card, to collect feedback from faculty, staff, preceptors, students, and visitors to campus on positive experiences and opportunities to improve the learning environment; I served as the Vice-Chair for the Faculty and Staff Development and Education Committee and in addition to setting the agenda, writing and reviewing meeting minutes,
