Daily Duties at Citigroup:

-Support the Head of Operations and Technology in the execution of key priorities and goals. -Liaise with the Operations and Technology management team to ensure a consistent set of communications for the organization of 110,000 employees in Operations and Technology. -Responsible for coordination between Operations & Technology, Finance, Legal, HR and Public Affairs to ensure cross-functional partnership on new initiatives and projects critical to the organization. -Create materials delivered to employees, senior-level management and Citi's Board of Directors. -Write speeches, talk points, and blogs for the Head of Operations and Technology. -Lead Citi's Resource and Location Strategy Steering Committee meetings, by partnering with the senior leadership team, and ensure the project execution remains on track. -Create content and ensure proper planning for both internal and external videos and town halls. -Coordinate the global business travel for the Head of Operations and Technology, including proper trip planning, appropriate agendas and meetings. -Participate in and facilitate calendar reviews in order to prepare the Head of Operations and Technology for upcoming Board of Director meetings, travel, speeches and key senior management meetings. -Provide execution support and guidance for the internal collaboration team, in regards to Operations and Technology¡¦s presence on the internal collaboration site.
