Directed internal shared service team of three videographers and 12 designers who developed and promoted email, interactive, and digital best practices. Used creative conceptualizing, multi-brand management, print, video, and digital production. Led selection, design, and implementation of firm’s content management system including Marchon, Optics, Omni Channel, VSP, Eyefinity business lines.
