Daily Duties at Cabelas Inc:
Managed a Catalog Fill department. Had full budgetary responsibilities. Managed the daily wave process for releasing orders into the logistics process. • Managed the outbound Catalog Filling department, which included managing a team of up to 75 employee’s both Exempt, and Non-Exempt. • Other responsibilities included managing product flow through the Distribution Center, as well as being the wave manager for the entire site.
