Daily Duties at Igt:
Manage multiple departments. Developed and taught Six Sigma methodologies. Managed a department of Internal ISO Auditors that performed audits worldwide. • Proficient in SAP, PKMS, WMS, and all Microsoft software. • Continuous Improvement program savings $19,770,000 since February 2012. • Taught and Certified 45 Green Belts, 10 Black Belts, and 2 Master Black Belts • Taught and ran 36 Kaizan events with additional savings of $4.2 million dollars • Full budgetary responsibilities for both departments • Manage 4 Black Belts at multiple locations worldwide • Managed five Operations departments that supported our final assembly process • Full budget responsibilities for all five departments that equated to just over 10 million annually. • Responsible for safety, training, and all Human Resource requirements. • I managed 12 Supervisors, and 278 direct reports.
