Recruited and trained sales staff. Supervised, motivated, and monitored team performance. Set budgets/targets. Maintained detailed documentation of the company's products. Identified new business opportunities, and developed marketing strategies. Responsible for Market share growth through acquisition and penetration of accounts, in a set geographic territory. Set weekly goals to meet and exceed annual AOP. Maintaining a DSO of 20 days or under.
