Maintained executive accountability for the success of Engineering, Quality, R&D, Commercial Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service in an ITAT/EAR DoD environment at this $5MM producer of proprietary tactical, survival, rescue, life support, and disaster preparedness equipment. Engaged in the recruitment, hire, and professional development of talented staff members dedicated to the overall success of the organization.
