Daily Duties at Momentive:

Lead multi-divisional teams including ergonomics, hazard recognition and management system redesign o Lead a staff of 25 and 150+ indirect staff, including a site in Thailand o Managed the on-site medical center- Staff of 9 including a Doctor and Physician Assistant o Key stakeholder on the Basics Sector leadership team responsible for compliance, ISO 14001 & Responsible Care Management systems and sustainability programs - Prior service as key stakeholder on America’s leadership team, with added VPP responsibility • Developed a summer safety program that reduced injuries by 75% YoY • Successfully developed and implemented an EHS labor strike contingency plan for temporary workers • Completed an in-depth LDAR audit conducted by the EPA-NEIC division • Negotiated a complicated RCRA permit with the highest levels of the New York DEC • Negotiated successful outcomes between OSHA and union leadership concerning VPP and concerns over organizational transformation  Awarded Most Improved OSHA divisional performance for a 55% reduction in OSHA recordables  Reduced Waterford’s OSHA injury rate to a record level
