• Accumulated more than eight years of practical experience by transitioning from pharmacy technician, pharmacy intern, graduate intern, and ultimately to pharmacist. • Improved workflow in large number of locations, comprised of patients from diverse financial and cultural backgrounds. • Provided customer service to those utilizing specialization clinics including mental illness, hypertension, and diabetes, as well as patients with language barriers and requiring translation. • Slashed wait times for prescriptions through effectual communication with patients, healthcare professionals, and colleagues. • Enhanced patient knowledge during consultations and medication therapy management (MTM) by educating patients about conditions, wellness, lifestyle, dietary supplements, medical devices, and other areas causing anxiousness with patient. • Conducted research on prevention and treatment of diseases, to gain knowledge and assist in prescription process.
