Daily Duties at Ncr:

Interacted with Business users for requirements, analyzed the existing process Involved in Solution Design for different business requirement. • Prepared Business Process Document, Setup Document, Functional Document, Technical Document and Unit Test Cases/Results based on AIM Methodology • Responsible for demonstration new R12 functionality to Sales and Purchasing Department Business Users and identify the business process that needs to be re- engineered after upgrade such as Sales Order workflows, Shipping processes, Pricing with appropriate qualifiers and modifiers, closing the Sales Orders with appropriate invoices, requisition approval workflow, updating the Vendor agreement using Advanced Pricing functionality, automation of PO creation • Interact with Business Users to configure the Order Entry process • Set up defaulting rules and constraint rules to automate the data entry during Order entry process • Setting up different instances for SIT/UAT in all modules • Interacted with different system integration group to move objects to different instances and approvals from different group to implement the project. • Setup Order Types, Transaction types and Pricelists. • Preparing the training Standard Operating Procedural (SOPs) documentations for Purchasing processes, Inventory Processes, Sales Order Processes, Customer engineer item usage and return process, • Providing post go-live support on day to day basis and Month-End support • Created Oracle SR’s for issues in standard functionality of the implemented modules. • Prepared the Inspection log for Design Spec • Designed and Developed the conversions required for creating the Customer Engineer Addresses, Sub inventories, On hand and Average cost of items • Designed and Developed the EDI Transactions required for NCR and Third party logistics who maintains the NCR Sub inventory in APAC region. • Coordinated with business and prepared the necessary setup documents for different countries deployment of ES project and performed the setups in development environments testing the setups and moved them to different testing environments for business testing. • Involved in Performance Testing of the ES Project using OATS tool • Designed and developed the Inventory on hand discrepancy report and Inventory adjustment forms between Third Party and NCR • Travelled to Hong Kong for providing KT and day to day usage of ES for their respective activities to business users along with Business Analyst • Developed ESB services for performing online transactions using progress sonic • Supported business testing in various phases of testing like CIT,SAT and UAT • Active Member of Go live war room for smooth deployment of project
