Daily Duties at Xerox:

• My current responsibility is to provide Production support for the oracle apps environments which are used by Xerox globally. My role is to provide techno-functional support to ensure that Production operations are running successfully. This includes SCM (11.5.10) and ASCP (Advanced supply chain planning) module which is on R12.1.3 • Developed oracle alerts for sending notifications to business if a program fails. • Developed report of Inventory outlook report for ASCP module • Tuned few packages for improving the performance of the codes • Developed a program to mass update the default buyers of items at organization level • Support project on 24/7 environment • Standardized the delivery processes • One of the Point of contact for all P1 and high priority incidents • Successfully provided solutions for all production related issue and delivered fix on time and maintained 100 % SLA • Created different ADF Business Components (Entity Objects, View Objects, Associations and View Links). Performed validations at the Entity level. • Developed UI for different modules using jsff, jspx, unbounded task-flows. • Used different layout components like Panel Stretch Layout, Panel Group Layout, Panel Boxes, Panel Collection and Panel Tabbed Layout. • Used different component layouts like Panel Stretch layout, Panel Group layout, Panelcollection, Panel Tabbed layout • Worked on basic and advanced search table functionalities in ADF pages. • Co-ordinate with business team for testing the codes that are modified for day to day issues • Created ADF page fragments with Master Detail Tables, Master table Detail Form, Search pages and Tree tables • Deliver the weekly status report of different applications that we support to all stake holders of the client • I have also involved in doing enhancements which are value addition to the day-2-day business operations. • SLA reporting, ticket handling, Quality assurance, monitoring of scheduled jobs, Customer interaction and coordination for various issues • Month end coordination with business Team for Period closing and Pending Transactions Handling. • Member of a release management board , which involves the code review and performing impact analysis of the code changes so that support will go smoothly • Co-ordinate with business team for testing the codes that are modified for day to day issues • Developed code for performing WIP job completion , which is interface from QAS system
