Guide all maintenance operations for three facilities, 18 drilling rigs, and 700+ employees, including shop and field scheduled and unscheduled maintenance. Deliver wide range of projects on time and within budget by directing entire lifecycle (estimating, planning, scheduling, monitoring, execution, and quality assurance). Reduce risk and meet/exceed customer expectations by maintaining compliance with all internal and external regulations and implementing/managing preventative maintenance program with documentation and tracking software. Achieve production level, service quality, and customer satisfaction goals by developing and implementing productivity, cost, and performance management programs.
