Planned and orchestrated daily workflow of USAREUR R&R program including supervision of military and civilian personnel. Participated in high-level briefings with Pentagon and Major Command personnel world-wide to organize the development of SOPs, guides, and resources. Interfaced with multiple program offices to develop and deploy Internet and intranet sites. Designed multiple websites that were featured on Armed Forces Network broadcasts. Passed site content, accessibility, and security audits for all 18 sites under supervision. Awarded the USAREUR Commanding General coin for designing and deploying Blue Box site dedicated to providing resources to families of deployed soldiers. Certified in CompTIA for Network+ and Security+. Managed federal and military staff. Coordinated program details and policy issues with the R&R team at the Pentagon. Conducted video and audio conferences with all major commands. Crafted materials for deployed soldiers to assist in setting up R&R travel arrangements and resources. Briefed one and four star generals on all web development activities. Conducted site inspections of R&R locations to ensure they met Army standards. Conducted site visits at forward locations to ensure that deployed personnel were able to take advantage of the R&R program. Trained subordinate staff in multiple applications and procedures. Ensured agency websites were compliant with all Section 508 requirements and remained up to date.
