Analyzed financial management processes of hospital clients resulting in $11MM of managed-care risk Developed and presented strategic and tactical process-improvement recommendations and reports to clients Trained 3 new associates in managed care review ensuring expedited integration into team Conducted 2 seminars designed to train and educate clients on implementing controls to mitigate reimbursement losses
