Daily Duties at Yahoo!:
Managed $1BN+ of Revenue across Yahoo! Autos, Local, Mail, and Shopping. Promoted to Manager in January 2011. Led 3-year annual business planning process by quantifying impact of Display, Leads, and Search advertising business strategies and constructed financial Revenue models to forecast key business performance metrics for $300MM of strategic and financial objectives including Search Engine Marketing (SEM) spend and product and advertising initiatives Identified $10MM+ of incremental Revenue by analyzing Coverage, CTR, and PPC impact between Cars.com, PriceGrabber, and other partner car/product/search listings by investigating user activity and monetization between each vendor and collaborating with GM, engineering, and product teams to understand variances in vendor product and cost data Spearheaded project to evaluate monetization of Direct Display, SEM, SEO, and Yahoo! Home Page traffic sources by partnering with engineering and marketing teams resulting in $5MM+ of incremental Revenue and enhanced user experiences for highest-monetizing traffic sources Compiled and presented weekly Revenue risks and opportunities versus quarterly plan/forecast to business teams after analyzing key performance metrics and financial impact of volume, monetization, and product initiatives
