 Sourced and negotiated 3 prospective $50MM+ Credit and cross-sell banking product opportunities in healthcare and manufacturing industries and presented Credit, Collateral, and Debt Pricing structure to local Credit team for deal approval  Partnered with Business Development team, Center-of-Influence associates, and internal Capital Finance, Capital Markets, and Treasury and Wealth Management product partners to acquire deep understanding of product platform and positioning to identify 30 middle-market commercial prospects with $500MM+ of Debt Capital and banking needs in Chicagoland region  Drove Credit underwriting process for $100MM+ Working Capital Revolving Line and Term Loan Credit facilities executing rigid financial analysis of clients’ Balance Sheet, Cash Flow Statement, and Income Statement to evaluate growth, profitability, and Debt Capacity across 5 existing clients in aerospace, business services, and real estate industries  Designed new benchmark standard for conducting Cash Flow Leverage, Debt Amortization, and operating risk due diligence for Private Equity Leveraged Buyout and Recapitalization targets by engaging with local Private Equity firms and targets’ C-level management team to understand viability of target’s industry, product suite, market penetration, and EBITDA upside  Completed 9-week Wells Fargo MBA Relationship Manager/Credit Intensive Training Program
