Daily Duties at Evault, A Seagate Company:
Full development of a partner program from inception (deal registration, marketing campaigns and collateral, strategic planning and incentives) to transform a direct centric organization to a company that embraced the channel for growth & expansion. Build an engine to recruit and enable a revenue generating partner community. Management of a team of 7-10 channel account managers across NA, building long term relationships with key solution providers to achieve sales expectations from partners while mentoring the sales team from professional growth & development.
