Daily Duties at Medical Capital Recovery, Inc.:
Responsible for the productivity and work performance of the MCR office at Northeastern Nevada Regional Hospital. Performed patient screening for program eligibility as well as assisting patients to complete applications for available assistance programs. Follow up on all applications that have been filed with agencies, processing accounts from referral through approval, as well as follow up for proper payment to NNRH and then processing monthly invoices for payment to MCR. Account reconciliation for paid invoices. Collaboration with assistance agencies to better serve our clients. Collaboration with hospital administration for coordination of services. Advertising, interviewing, hiring and supervision of patient advocates as well as the maintenance of employee information. Process reports for follow up with NNRH and MCR supervisors at many different levels.
