Daily Duties at Barrick Goldstrike Mines:
As the HR Representative for the Goldstrike Mine Process Division. Assist with Benefits administration for Goldstrike employees (including enrolling new hires, roll out of new insurance plans, and open enrollment) Coordinate new position postings, interviews, and manpower for the process division. Work with supervisors to address all employee relations issues. Coordinate employee events with HR team.
