As top-level human resources leader, managed staff of eight human resources professionals. Provided total human resources support for 1,200 employees in multiple US and foreign locations. Was part of the original team responsible for the start-up phase and closeout team of the contract with the National Science Foundation / Polar Services / United States Antarctic Program.
