Responsible for impacting direct patient care as the front-line leader in the outpatient hemodialysis center. Responsible for all aspects of the center's operation to including: patient care, developing, mentoring and inspiring staff, managing clinic budget, forecast expenses, communicate with vendors, order supplies, and ensure compliance.
