Build and manage Subsurface Application Support for Drilling/Completion and Reservoir Engineering. Interface with Senior Drilling and Completion management to develop and effective software direction that is efficient and cost effective. Review performance of staff and set goals and expectations for future performance. Mentor and establish training for staff. Develop career development plans for employees. Review Vendor Performance, Software Licenses and Maintenance agreements, and negotiated reductions in costs or increases in services. Interviewed and Hired contractors, full time staff, and consultants. Maintained budget for software, team expenses, and contracting/consulting staff.
