The Clinical Service Specialist function is to develop and execute a successful clinical integration plan in merging acquired dialysis clinics. Assessing the competency gap of acquired clinical staff and learning needs. Planned, developed and implemented the educational programs. Acts as a consultant for staff of the acquired clinic in the field of clinical practices, professional development and development of the program
