Daily Duties at Abm Government Services :
Effectively implement Quality Control Plan and audits concerning Safety/Security of linguist, collaborating with Tasking Order Program Manager (TOPM) regarding program processes/procedures, sub-contractor management, recruiting and staffing to assure adherence to contract, DLITE and TO requirements as well as meet quality/performance standards in this OCONUS assignment. Interface with administrative support personnel to develop cohesive work unit; as needed, recommend process improvements to ensure application of corrective actions regarding performance deficiencies. Utilize subject expertise to develop main QC objectives/goals and regularly assess progress; identify operational issues/problems and resolve in timely/economical manner. Demonstrate flexibility by modifying operations in response to any emergencies or changes in program/production requirements. When necessary, serve in PM role.
