Daily Duties at Lutheran High School North:
Responsible for complete master schedule of both the student body and faculty. Organized and chaired an annual academic fair that included ten grade schools. Responsible for the development and production of an annual curriculum booklet. Responsible for modifications, changes and innovations in school wide curriculum issues. Served on a discipline committee and was responsible for a portion of student discipline. Served on the leadership team as a member. Collaboratively and collectively worked with senior leadership team to make decisions on curriculum design and content. Developed new strategies and methodologies with the senior leadership team for special needs students.
