Daily Duties at Colorado Lutheran High School Association:

Responsible for the all phases of operation for a senior high school. Responsible for all budget and facility needs. Responsible for coordinating projects with architects and all involved with completing a new high school building. Responsible for leading design and development of new building and property. Grew enrollment over 90% for three consecutive years. Developed all curriculum areas in collaboration with the teachers staff. Developed with the senior leadership team a strategic vision for a new school campus. Responsible for all extra-curricular sports. Founded and coached news sports teams for the high school. Recruited for and developed all new teaching and leadership positions for the school.
