Daily Duties at Lutheran High School North:
Responsible for all phases of operation for a senior high school. Responsible for a portion of development related to financial aid and capital projects for Lutheran North. Implemented a marketing initiative to revitalize and maintain a diverse population of white and African American students. Led a feasibility study and developed a program for a junior high school to be added to the present senior high school. Responsible for developing a effective leadership team for the school. Implemented and used instruments that provided data to improve the learning process for teachers and students across the curriculum.
