Daily Duties at Lutheran High School Association:

Responsible for the financial and educational oversight of two high schools-$12 million budget. Responsible for development as it relates to all components of fundraising. Responsible for strategic planning and implementation for the LHSA. Implemented a new one to one iPad initiative in 2012 for two high schools. Responsible for all levels of leadership development. Developed new educational certificate programs across the curriculum for the LHSA. Responsible for developing leadership programs and opportunities for all senior level administrators. Collaborate and collectively develop programs and resources with leadership team. Developed an international student program for two schools, which provides a global perspective for learning. Implemented and used instruments that provided data for effective program changes.
