SERVICE DELIVERY LEADER (SDL), CAMP SMITH (2007-2008) Synchronized team to obtain record high Customer Satisfaction Scores for site group in satisfaction and site controlled metrics. Led IT team in support Pacific Headquarter Commands and Marine Forces Pacific HQ.
