Served as Pearl Harbor Site Leader overseeing 31-member IT team in support of over 14K workstations covering 15 different naval commands. Additionally, supported additional 4,500 workstations and eight IT professionals on USMC Base Kaneohe Bay. − Developed a unified site vision that motivated team members to fulfill both team and individual goals. − Created enterprise business processes and procedures while overseeing multiple innovative IT pilot programs related to enterprise implementations of: o Workstation Operating System Tech Refresh and in place upgrades o Hosted Virtual Desktop (HVD) Deployment o Multi-Functional Device (MFD) Deployments
