Daily Duties at St. Marys Cement :
Worked as the conduit between Sales and Operations. Managed a team of four technical service engineers to deliver exceptional customer service to both our customers, and the sales staff. Additionally had a concrete lab of three that tested concrete and conducted competitive analyses of the market and was feed into Operations to determine targets and KPIs.
