Daily Duties at Spotify:

• Collaborated on proposal request response strategy and spearheaded the creation of proposal presentations • Liaised with third party companies on custom campaign creative production for major national brands such as Red Bull, Paramount and Lexus • Led post-sale kick-off calls and shepherded the creative strategy through development • Monitored and executed on potential upsell opportunities, while focusing on account retention • Assisted with sales/pitch presentations by preparing key data points, findings and relevant research • Coordinated with Legal on client Non-Disclosure Agreements and ad content • Worked with Traffic team to monitor campaign performance, made optimizations and ensure campaign delivery • Handled ad operations to provide clients/sales team with any necessary campaign reporting, including post-campaign analysis • Interacted with Accounting department in regards to client credit and billing requests/issues
