• Guide and support development of company vision, strategy and the framework to establish the needed capabilities, infrastructure, and sustainable business practices to achieve long-term vision and growth. • Assesses and influences commercialization options for new technologies through the continuum of product development, regulatory approval, reimbursement, market launch, key opinion leader product adoption, and encouraging societies and healthcare practitioners to become product and technology champions. • Architect of commercialization roadmap, establishing, building and coaching direct sales teams, solidifying distribution alliances, expanding and increasing caliber of marketing and clinical education capabilities, and ensuring a strong and proactive, yet nimble framework to support commercialization efforts. • Extensive expertise to cultivate strategic partnerships, establish and grow global sales with in-country distributor network.
