Promoted to oversee process development and continuous improvement initiatives impacting Scale House, Wood Yard, Recausticizing, Pulp Mill, Power House, Recovery, Paper Machines, Refining and Shipping Departments. Direct all staff training and development activities. Supervise over 100 hourly employees and up to 15 salary employees’ team members. Administer $35MM budget. Serve as Subject Matter Expert on process improvement to increase productivity and efficiency within Lean manufacturing endeavors and initiatives. Manage facilities maintenance and safety programs.
