Daily Duties at Love Box Company:
Recruited to restructure the company’s Private Fleet by developing and implementing processes and systems to improve efficiency, increase profitability, decrease freight expenditures and facilitate growth. Strategically applied lean techniques and methods to achieve desired output, supervised multifunctional teams of employees, and achieved quality improvements by implementing quantifiable solutions. Held complete accountability for P&L for all inbound and outbound freight consisting of 400 to 500 daily shipments across all locations. Managed all day to day LTL and TL carrier management including the company’s private fleet consisting of 100 Power Units operating regionally in 9 states.
