Join the Performance Executive Panel responsible for overall guidance of the proposal. Brief the FAA at Orals. Take the U.S. Chairmanship for the Joint Radio Technical Commission for Aeronautics' (RTCA) / European Organization for Civil Aviation Equipment (EUORCAE) Standards for Air Traffic Data Communications committee. Be the capture manager for the $1M NASA Air Traffic Controller's Toolkit Program. Be the program manager for the performance phase.
