Daily Duties at Computer Warehouse Group:
• Highly proficient in writing User stories, creating Use Cases, Use case diagrams, Workflow Diagrams, Sequence Diagrams, and Class Diagrams etc. Extensively used MS Visio for UML. • Emphasis on requirements gathering through research, formal-informal sessions, JRP sessions and JAD sessions with SMEs (subject matter experts), Teams, Stakeholders and end users. • Strong Experience in conducting Manual Testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and documentation of Test Cases. • Created functional specification documents to create content within the EHR application and validating this content with the business owner. • Focused troubleshooter and a team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work cohesively with developers, other team members, and testers. • Strong technical skills in system configurations and Knowledgeable about Root cause Analysis • Ability to work on a team and independently effectively • Business process analysis, improvement, planning and documentation with the ability to use a case diagram and report. • Ability to design wireframe to design prototype and write project plan
