Manage and direct sample development, garment specifications, fit, construction, grading, quality, submissions, and approvals.. - Develop and implement optimization and efficiency methods and procedures to streamline operations, increase efficiency and decrease costs. - Build sample rooms, train staff both locally and worldwide. -Monitored weekly fit sessions to ensure fittings were focused and completed within scheduled Calendar. - Served as liaison between a variety of departments including merchandising, design, and production
