Daily Duties at Bisk Education:

Built university level courses based on a learner-centered approach. Was a senior leader in the department that also managed the duties of course content editors. •Developed over 70 courses for five universities. Courses included over 1600 lectures and approximately 1000 hours of video, around 600 interactive learning activities, and over 1100 assignments. •Saved the company approximately $252,000/year by proposing and managing the implementation of a digital solutions for printed materials. •Built roadmaps and project plans, designed comprehensive storyboards, and planned, organized, and managed video shoots, as well as post-production media. •Implemented instructional design principles and best practices such as Bloom’s Taxonomy and adult learning principles to create engaging, interactive multimedia, and web-based content, as well as applied appropriate learning strategies.
