Daily Duties at Ericsson Polska:
• Introduced development and implementation of key business strategies to successfully integrate change management programmes into operations, like in-building solution systems: 20+ stores buildings, Malls, Metro). • Pre-sales activities • Lead department for the operational management and strategic development of all integration and support activities for the Access (BSS) and Transport (MW/SDH/DWDM) department ensuring all business objectives were achieved • Undertaken additional international responsibility as 3G Service Engineer or/and Technical Project Manager delivering expert support and integration services to teams in Russia, Australia, Taiwan, The Netherlands, Greece and Sweden • Participated as Technical PM in implementation and integration of HSDPA/HSUPA, HW and SW upgrades. • Achieved High Customer satisfaction as Project Manager for the SWAP Nokia HW to Ericsson BSC, BTSes and ML Projects. • Managed design, engineering, development and implementation of customer support systems for GSM and UMTS radio parts • Succeeded in management, training and development of a multi disciplined team of personnel and contractors to ensure they each realise their full potential whilst facilitating in the achievement of team targets
