Daily Duties at Ericsson Saudi Arabia:
• Achieved goal of transformation UTRAN department way of working from project to service oriented organization. Developed, implemented and managed key business strategies to streamline operations and processes across a country-wide department. • Directed extensive analysis of existing working practices, procedures and systems to identify key areas for improvement to achieve cost saving and efficiency objectives. Achieved ~15-20% costs savings. • Life-cycle management of a key project to rollout 3G access equipment across the West and South region of Saudi Arabia • Controlled project budgets and resource requirements, implemented and monitoring key performance indicators and financial metrics to ensure projects run to plan and to control operating costs • Worked closely with the Transmission and Civil Works Departments to successfully coordinate and manage 3G networking programs • Succeeded in approving contractors including the negotiation of terms, and responsible for the management, training and development of all personnel
