Led on-site installation, design, troubleshooting, and upgrade of all major network components. Designed network enterprise deployments of Cisco Unified Communications Manager, Unity Connection, and UCM Express, including multiple SRST sites. Designed numerous large-scale security solutions based on Cisco’s CSA, IPS/IDS, DDoS, VPN, VMS and firewall solutions, as well as mentoring and coaching other Engineers.
