Daily Duties at Summit Imaging, Inc.:
I was responsible for shifting the company from a lifestyle business into a professional organization. I was also instrumental in shifting our culture from complacency into an organization where every employee took pride in the company. We grew from low seven figures to eight figures, and grew transactions by 45% year over year. We became the dominant player in our market segment and won virtually all of the major OEM contracts available in our industry.
