Daily Duties at Maximus Inc.:
• Provided on-site and remote hardware, network, and software support for a variety of proprietary and packaged software available on UNIX and Windows networks. • Installed, trained, and resolved problems with proprietary software and processes. • Performed customer support with pre-installation walk-through analysis and monitored contract activities. • Conducted training for customers as well as configure and diagnose client/server problems. • Helped implement Samba network connectivity to allow for FTP of electronic transfer of deeds to Florida state database. • Created and implemented state mandated statistical electronic reporting. Resulted in a 60 hour per month staffing hour reduction. • Implemented online processing of 3500 monthly traffic tickets with data transfer to accept internet payments, automating 20% of payments.
