Daily Duties at Rovema North America:
• Sole network admin responsible for day to day operation of Hyper-V host servers with 8 virtual servers including domain controllers and Exchange 2013 • Responsible for network upgrades, configuration, and maintenance including AD, DNS, DHCP, Hyper-V servers, Cisco ASA VPN/router/firewall, Barracuda web filtering, Veeam Backup and network printers/scanners. • Maintained working relationship with IT vendors support contracts including Microsoft, Cisco, Antivirus, Email filtering, Barracuda web filtering. • Maintained At&t company cell account including procurement and upgrades. • Managed Polycom PBX and VOIP company phone system including SIP clients. • Troubleshoot / resolve hardware, software and LAN/WAN connectivity issues. • Maintained hardware and software inventory including software licensing. • Responsible for purchasing / implementing computer hardware & Software for laptop & desktop roll out schedule while maintaining IT budget.
