Daily Duties at I Tility, Lcc :

Was the onsite manager for DISA EIS (ITOC) contract for ITility. Recruited interviewed and hired personnel for the contracts Desktop, Server and Monitoring Teams. The onsite SME managing the Division chiefs daily, weekly and monthly briefing charts supported with hard metrics statistics. Developed the process and conducted a weekly comprehensive Service Level Agreement (SLA) technical trend analysis review of the ITOC which was used to improve the network performance of the DISA IT Enterprise System. Had the primary role of ensuring that all deliverables were reviewed, technically edited and met the Quality Assurance requirements of the contract before any deliverables were provided to the government. Part of a team that was responsible for re-writing the contacts Task Order (TO) to ensure the contract was meeting the government’s expectations. Primarily responsible for supporting the DISA’s EIS ITOC as a Quality Assurance and metric analysis Subject Matter Expert.
