Daily Duties at Metavante:

• Responsible for the Network Operations Center team consisting of 11 network staff and 13 ATM Support service desk staff. • Managed all communication issues for 23,000 ATMs and 11,000 network elements. • Represented Metavante and their clients with multiple vendors. • Successfully implemented an ATM Support service desk based on ITIL foundations resulting in the ability to accurately measure client satisfaction, employee productivity, and cost benefits. • Successfully implemented system process improvements which reduced costs by $210,000 annually. • Streamlined accounting processes producing accurate ledger reconciliation resulting in increased accuracy of financial decisions. • Implemented ATM and Network process improvements that reduced costs by $175,000 annually.
