Daily Duties at Aurora Health Care:

• Responsible for the availability of the Learning Management System (LMS), 3,000 active courses, 460,000 transcripts and over 690,000 visits annually. • Served as project manager for both established and new IT projects within the department. • Responsible for all aspects of vendor management including invoice handling, contract maintenance and negotiation, and maintaining vendor relationships. • Provided analysis on staff productivity which resulted in a monthly savings of eight man hours. • Provided recommendations on system availability and capacity reducing significant risk to the availability of multiple applications and risk of decreased user satisfaction. • Increased the availability of a Learning Management System from 95% to 99.9% consistently. • Tested newly designed software prior to implementation resulting in an average of 10 defects identified and corrected prior to each production rollout. • Created proposals, design specifications, and change requests for multiple applications which increased user satisfaction, decreased unavailability, and cost savings. • Instructed 10 classroom and online courses.
