Daily Duties at Fis:
• Responsible for the day to day operations of the Automated Teller Machine (ATM) Support team consisting of nine support desk staff. • Acted as the initial point of contact for client escalations and managed all incidents for 50,000 ATMs worldwide. • Implemented process improvement standards, which increased service level mean time to response times from five hours to two hours. • Developed and presented cost analysis overviews to senior management resulting in a cost savings of $100,000 annually. • Developed ATM and Network ‘Best Practice’ policies and procedures resulting in decreased support man hours by 80 hours monthly, which translated into two FTE of productivity gain.
